AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
  • This Agreement for Services ("Agreement") is entered into by and between CSR Privacy Solutions, Inc. ("CSR") and you, the Subscriber, as follows:

    1. Services. CSR offers the service packages described online based upon which package and term you selected for a subscription fee ("Services").

      The effective date for the Services shall be the first date on which you first have been provided access to said Services ("Effective Date").

      The Services provided by CSR to you are governed by this Agreement and the End User License Agreement ("EULA") located at https://urisq.net/Account/EndUserLicenseAgreement. By agreeing to this Agreement, you expressly acknowledge receipt of the EULA, you have read the EULA, and you accept the EULA.

      CSR will operate and maintain the Services. CSR reserves the right to replace, modify, and/or upgrade the Services purchased by Subscriber in its sole discretion, and will notify Subscriber of any user interface changes resulting from such replacements, modifications, and upgrades. Any replacement or upgrade to such Services shall be treated as part of the Services for the purpose of this Agreement.

    2. Payment Terms. You shall pay CSR the corresponding monthly subscription fee for the Service Package selected online, as well as any sales, use, excise, and related taxes ("Fees"). Payment may only be made with a valid credit card or ACH payment. Payment of the first monthly subscription fee starts upon you clicking, Place Your Order. The recurring payments shall be collected monthly consistent with the payment date of the first monthly subscription fee.

      By executing this Agreement, Subscriber authorizes CSR to collect the monthly subscription fee via automatic ACH payment from Subscriber’s checking account or direct charge to Subscriber’s credit card and represents and warrants your full right and authority to make such purchase in the manner elected without violating any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

      The Fees shall remain unchanged through the first anniversary of the Effective Date. CSR reserves the right to change the Fees on each anniversary of the Effective Date and will provide notice of any change in such Fees. All amounts set forth in this Section shall be due and payable when specified in this Agreement. Any payment not received within thirty (30) days of the applicable due date is a breach of this Agreement and CSR shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement as provided below.

    3. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the Effective Date. The term of this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional one (1) year term on each anniversary of the Effective Date until terminated by either party ("Term"). Subscriber does not have the right to cancel the subscription the Term. Either party may terminate this Agreement on any anniversary of the Effective Date by providing at least thirty (30) days advance written notice to the other party of its intent to not renew this Agreement on such anniversary of the Effective Date.

    4. Termination. In the event of any breach or default of this Agreement by Subscriber, CSR shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement without notice from CSR. In the event of any breach or default of this Agreement by CSR, Subscriber shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) day notice to CSR; provided, however, that CSR may effect cure during such thirty (30) day notice period, in which case this Agreement will remain in effect. Subscriber will not have the right to cancel any portion of this Agreement and/or receive a refund. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, all Fees for the balance of the Term shall become immediately due and payable.
